• Sage Silver Solutions Group LLC (Sage) is a coaching and consulting platform dedicated to helping retirees and semi-retirees thrive. This time of life can be a time of unsettling struggles to understand one’s role, purpose, appropriate behavior, spiritual connection(s), friendships or lack thereof, emotional balance, financial realities, and the legacy one hopes to leave behind. We believe these and related issues are best answered within a safe container where we periodically meet together in a virtual forum to provide advice, counsel, and support for each other.

We are dedicated to helping people “refire” 

and thrive during the third age of life.

LIFE’S THREE AGES.

Age 1- LEARNING: birth until circa age 25  

  Age 2- EARNING:  age 25 until circa age 65  

Age 3- RETURNING: onward from circa age 65 or retirement,    whichever comes first

• In Age 1 our identity and purpose, in large part, reflects our learning as students. 
• In Age 2 many of us anchor our identities and purpose to where & for whom we work, job titles, and compensation.
• Age 3  begins after six or more decades focused on learning and earning, .This can be a time of unsettling struggles to understand one’s role, purpose, appropriate behavior, spiritual connection(s), friendships or lack thereof, emotional balance, financial realities, and the legacy we hope to leave. We believe such issues are best answered within a safe container where Age 3 travelers meet together periodically in a virtual forum to “refire” by providing advice, counsel, and support to each other. 

Gelman & Associates facilitates and moderates these virtual meetings. 

One-on-one counseling and coaching will be provided for members, upon request.

SAGE TARGET AUDIENCE

Meetings by invitation only

When: Monthly - 3rd or 4th Thursday, 4:30pm-EST.  Where: Virtually - via Zoom.  

 Length: 1.5 hours each.  

Participants:  6 to 10 members per group   Commitment:  Six sessions

Attend the full session (no early departures)

 Don’t breach confidentiality. What’s shared in our Sage-SSG forums is sacred  

 Speak up – you are here as a contributor, not as a fly on the wall.
