Sage Silver Solutions Group LLC (SAGE) is THE REFIRE MOVEMENT platform dedicated to helping retirees and semi-retirees thrive. This time of life can be one of unsettling struggles to understand one’s role, purpose, appropriate behavior, spiritual connection(s), friendships, emotional balance, financial realities, and the legacy one hopes to leave behind. We believe such issues are best explored within a safe container where we periodically meet as a virtual Advisory Board to provide advice, counsel, and support for each other.

We are dedicated to helping people “REFIRE”

and thrive during the third age of life.

LIFE’S THREE AGES.

Age 1- LEARNING: birth until circa age 25

Age 2- EARNING: age 25 until circa age 55/65

Age 3- RETURNING: onward from circa age 65 or retirement,

whichever comes first

In Age 1 our identity and purpose, in large part, reflects our learning as students.
In Age 2 many of us anchor our identities and purpose to where & for whom we work, job titles, and compensation.
Age 3 begins after six or more decades focused on learning and earning, .This can be a time of unsettling struggles to understand one’s role, purpose, appropriate behavior, spiritual connection(s), friendships or lack thereof, emotional balance, financial realities, and the legacy we hope to leave. We address such issues periodically in a safe container. There, Age 3 travelers meet as a virtual Advisory Board to “REFIRE” by providing advice, counsel, and support to each other.

Gelman & Associates facilitates and moderates these virtual meetings.

One-on-one counseling and coaching is provided for members, upon request.

SAGE LOGISTICS

Meetings by invitation only

When: Monthly - 3rd or 4th Wednesday or Thursday, 4:30pm-EST. Where: Virtually - via Zoom.

Length: 1.5 hours each.

Participants: 6 to 10 members per group Commitment: Six sessions
